Independent from specified or tied suppliers, First Cafés purchase the highest quality products available.

Branded goods offer the highest quality and are preferred, but we are very careful in the selection of products and purchase high quality non branded goods to ensure our offer is comparable in quality and value for money.

We ensure sufficient units are available to offer a practical and selective range of goods; this will permit the inclusion of more specialised foods.

The nature of our mobile units and multi-purpose catering carts allow us to provide a unique service level, offering a wide selection of food options at small and large events.

Local suppliers will be encouraged. David Pullin, with 25-year experience of product selection and supply chain management ensure we invite local suppliers to submit products for consideration. Where goods of quality are identified, every effort will be made to include them in the food and beverages offer.
